I just collected vacant possession of "the place" surprisingly to be informed that " the place" is charging air conditioning charges with minimum charges of rm50 per month regardless you are using or not. Extra charges at rm 0.79 per unit usage, be mindful that you still have to pay your electricity charges to tnb when you switch on your air conditioner!!! It barely means that you pay to tnb and "the place" when you need air conditioning! !!! Furthermore you need pay the service charges when the air conditioner malfunction. The charges is rm150 per visit!!! This simply means we pay the "green" water chiller air conditioning system and the buyers pay also the maintenance technician to maintain the developer system.
It will be so difficult to control the usage and charges when you and renting to third party and owner still have to bare the cost!! There is no cut off point for this!!
Dear owners, we should really need to team up and seriously discuss this issue with developer and should against this Un - planned charges!! Should not sign any agreement with developer before we settle this issue.
