I have collected my stamped S&P last weekend. MCT have issued the invoices for construction progress as well. First 10% upon signing the S&P and another 10% for the groundwork.
Hopefully the bank can release the money in time to avoid any penalties.
As of 31.5.11, there are some Duplex units which are still available. For SOHO, all units were snapped up by those in waiting list (units from disapproved loan)

Pricing and promotion
Soft-launching of this project was done right after 2011 CNY and people are enjoying 15% discount off the purchased price with DIBS, fully furnished studio unit and partially furnished duplex unit.
Within the first week, almost 50% of the units were snapped up and from 14th Feb 2011 onwards, the discount was reduced to 5%.
In general, here are the average price psf (it varies depending on the unit number, location and level)
- Studio unit -
Around RM510 psf for those smaller type; (36x sf, 54x sf)
Around RM490 psf for those bigger type; (72x sf)
- Duplex unit
Around RM510 psf for both the type
