Soft-launching of this project was done right after 2011 CNY and people are enjoying 15% discount off the purchased price with DIBS, fully furnished studio unit and partially furnished duplex unit.
Within the first week, almost 50% of the units were snapped up and from 14th Feb 2011 onwards, the discount was reduced to 5%.
In general, here are the average price psf (it varies depending on the unit number, location and level)

Around RM510 psf for those smaller type; (36x sf, 54x sf)
Around RM490 psf for those bigger type; (72x sf)
- Duplex unit
Around RM510 psf for both the type
